Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. (this is only applicable for certain cases as for example purchase of Plans above one Week of Membership).

To be eligible for a return, you must be eligible for it as we will check your history of played clips and if any grabber was used which will definitely is not allowed and against our policy rules so your request would be dismissed.

Several types of small and short term membership cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not accept unreasonable excuses.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products (videos and music purchased for example)
  • Membership where a redeem code was used upon purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send or give your purchase or account to any third party as this is against our policies and respect our hard work to provide you such quality service and to keep this platform alive.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Accounts with obvious no signs of use in history and log.
  • Any Account that is returned more than 3 days after activation

Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced plans may be refunded. Sale and redeem discount codes plans cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We have no exchange policy.

Gifts

Gifted Accounts can be partially refunded only as after verifying proof of legal ownership.

If the Account wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order plan to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
